Arm Yourselves with A.P. on Your Home Screen

A battle between good and evil has been raging ever since a number of angelic beings rebelled against their Creator and were cast out of heaven (2 Peter 2:4; Jude 6; cf. Matthew 25:41). It is a battle that has been fought on Earth since Adam and Eve ate of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, since Cain murdered Abel, and since “Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord” (Genesis 6:8) in the midst of a generation of men whose “every intent of the thoughts” of their hearts were “only evil continually” (6:5). It is a battle over the souls of men that still is being waged today between children of God and the forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:11-13).

What are you doing to prepare yourself and your family to “stand against the wiles of the devil” (Ephesians 6:11)? How can you learn to cast down “arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God” effectively (2 Corinthians 10:5)? Although the spiritual war we fight is as serious and intense as ever, thankfully “the weapons of our warfare” that are “mighty in God for pulling down strongholds” are readily available.

Although the digital age in which we live has come with many challenges and temptations, never before in the history of the world have so many spiritually beneficial materials been so easily accessible. On the Apologetics Press Web site alone, thousands of faith-building articles for adults and children can be searched, read, and printed. Numerous scriptural audio and video lessons can be heard and watched on the AP multimedia player. Churches and individuals can even download and print an entire Bible curriculum from the AP site for free. By the grace of God, over the last several months the Apologetics Press Web site has averaged over one million page views each month from people all over the world.

Although Apologetics Press does not have an app for mobile devices, we would like to make you aware of how you can easily put a shortcut to our Web site on the home screens of your smart phones and tablets. If, for example, you would like to put a shortcut to the AP site on your iPhone or iPad, you first need to navigate to the web site (www.apologeticspress.org) in your web browser. Once the AP homepage is accessed, look for a right, boxed-in arrow (which is located at the bottom of your iPhone or on the top left of your iPad). When you click on the arrow, a menu will appear. Choose the “Add to Home Screen” option. This will put an Apologetics Press shortcut icon on your home screen, which will enable you to quickly access our Web site anytime, 24-hours a day, as long as you have Wi-Fi or 3G/4G coverage.

The AP Web site is just one of many resources that the Lord has made available to Christians and non-Christians around the world. Our continual hope and prayer is that Truth seekers and Truth teachers will use the various tools that God has given us (including the AP Web site) for His glory and honor.
